Create and implement a media relations campaign to publicize the DesertXpress High Speed Train system prior to commencement of construction.

DEVELOPMENT & ACTIVATION

Capitalize on the systems’ receipt of a Draft Environmental Impact Statement from multiple government agencies; Communicate the significance of this DEIS to primary media in target Markets; Work with government relations agencies to secure support from key congressional leaders and the opportunity for those leaders to act as media spokespersons on behalf of the system Develop, implement and manage a comprehensive media relations campaign
